Rules and Regulations

Guidelines for Parents 

  1. Ensure your child attends school regularly, punctually, and in proper uniform.

  2. Refrain from criticizing the school or teachers in front of children to maintain respect for authority.

  3. Inform the school immediately about any change in address, contact number, or medical condition.

  4. Check your ward’s almanac daily and monitor homework, notices, and communication from teachers.

  5. Do not send children to school if they are ill or recovering from an infectious disease.

  6. Attend all Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to stay informed about your child’s progress.

  7. Cooperate with the school in enforcing discipline, punctuality, and regular study habits.

  8. Avoid sending sweets, gifts, or fancy items to school for birthdays or festivals.

  9. Always pay your child’s school fees on time.

  10. Encourage your child to speak politely, keep the environment clean, and respect school property.

Guidelines for Students 

  1. Be punctual, disciplined, courteous, and neatly dressed in a complete school uniform every day.

  2. Carry your school diary, books, and notebooks as instructed.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and take care of school property—vandalism will attract penalties.

  4. Always speak politely, maintain silence in corridors, and move in an orderly manner.

  5. Avoid bringing expensive items, gadgets, or cash to school; the school is not responsible for their loss.

  6. English/Hindi should be spoken on the school premises to improve communication skills.

  7. Participate actively in all curricular and co-curricular activities unless medically exempted.

  8. Do not use unfair means in tests or examinations—honesty is essential.

  9. Maintain at least 75% attendance to meet promotion and participation requirements.

  10. Follow the school’s zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, violence, tobacco, and substance use.

Guidelines for Teachers 

  1. Serve as role models by maintaining punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.

  2. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and inclusivity.

  3. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavioural development.

  4. Ensure fair evaluation and timely feedback to help students improve academically.

  5. Be vigilant about student safety and report any form of misconduct or bullying immediately.

  6. Encourage English conversation and help students develop strong communication skills.

  7. Avoid favouritism; treat all students with empathy, patience, and impartiality.

  8. Protect and properly use all school property, resources, and technology tools.

  9. Update lesson plans, integrate innovative teaching methods, and promote active participation.

  10. Uphold confidentiality regarding student records and maintain professionalism at all times.
